What exactly is it?
The Young, Dumb, and Full of Comedy Show is a new, alternative comedy show that performs every other Friday night at The Bard's Town, the newly renovated theater/restaurant on Bardstown Road, at the corner of Speed Avenue. The show features some of the best working comics in Louisville, Bloomington, Indianapolis, Cincinnatti, and other surrounding areas. Previous comics on the show have included such established headliners as Nicholas Anthony, Sarah Hyland, and Will Hardesty. The show is hosted by Raanan Hershberg, and only costs five dollars.

Comedy: Young, dumb and blazing a comedy trail
BY BRENT OWEN
A local bar has emerged as the watering hole for Louisville’s most talented artists of all mediums — sort of our own twisted take on Oxford’s Eagle and Child, where people like C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien regularly met for cocktails and conversation. It’s a place you’ve driven by a thousand times and perhaps never noticed beyond the portrait of William Shakespeare on the front sign. It’s called The Bard’s Town, and for the past few months, it’s been hosting one of Louisville’s freshest, most original shows — “The Young, Dumb, and Full of Comedy Show.”

Comedy: Funny people
Six Louisville comedians make each other laugh --
R-rated
By Brent Owen
Friday night might prove to be the most exciting night of stand-up comedy this year. “Stochasticity” is a show developed by comedian De Blennis (who will act as emcee for the evening) that features five of his favorite young, up-and-coming local comics — Lindsay Boling, Raanan Hershberg, Mark Parris, Patrick Passafiume and Sean Smith — for free at The Bard’s Town. LEO sits down with all six performers for a round-table discussion as they prepare for the upcoming show.
